Central Avenue is located behind the property. and is a favorite of the locals and those vacationing. It has numerous shops, restaurants, breweries and coffee shops to explore. The area is safe and very walkable. Residents of the Kenwood neighborhood are frequently seen walking over to Central Avenue. If you want to catch the trolley, a trolley stop is located behind the property on Central Avenue. The SunRunner,  the speedy way to and from the beach and downtown, it has  a stop on 1st Avenue steps from the property. Don’t want to walk or drive? rent a scooter and explore the area. A scooter rental station is located behind the property on Central Avenue. This apartment was set up with work/vacationers in mind. It has direct connect internet as well as Wi-Fi internet.
