Furnished apartments. They are All-inclusive, utilities, Smart TV streaming  and internet included in the rent. They're a favorite of traveling professionals, vacationers, and those relocating to the area. We have seven individual units:

  The price quoted pays for everything. No add-ons.

  Short-Stay
  Temporary. Less than a year. Usually a week to three months.

  Florida winter season
  December through April

  Winter monthly rates from  2,500 to 6,000

  May through December is off-season and

  Rates are discounted.

  Reservations are secured when paid.
